The Challenge

LA OxxPump, a high-end fitness center based in Los Angeles, California, was struggling to project its premium brand identity online. Their Instagram feed consisted of low-quality gym snapshots and disjointed graphic templates that did not match the gym's upscale physical environment and community.

They lacked a structured social content calendar, and their posts failed to drive meaningful engagement, member referrals, or direct message (DM) inquiries about registration prices and trainer bookings.

The Strategy

Storify designed and executed a premium social media creative rebrand:

  • Grid Theme & Visual Guidelines: Created a custom visual style guide establishing an industrial dark theme with vibrant neon highlights.
  • Informational Carousel Templates: Designed custom typography layouts to educate members on workout routines, recovery, and nutrition tips.
  • DM Automation & CTAs: Structured interactive Stories (e.g. polls, Q&As) paired with direct calls-to-action asking viewers to comment or DM for guest passes.

The Execution

We established a high-end, cohesive grid aesthetic. Instead of standard corporate stock images, we focused on high-contrast black-and-white portraits of their actual trainers and active members, highlighting the gym's raw energy.

We edited and designed carousel infographics explaining correct lifting forms and gym etiquette. By introducing automated comment-to-DM triggers (e.g. "Comment 'PUMP' to receive our gym location and pricing guide"), we opened a direct sales line with local leads.

"Creative strategy is not just about making layouts pretty; it's about projecting the raw physical value of your business digitally. Aligning the visual quality of their feed with their actual facilities changed how local audiences perceived the brand."

The Results

The creative rebrand unlocked a surge in local digital awareness and member inquiries:

  • +120% expansion in organic content reach within 30 days.
  • 85% increase in direct message queries requesting membership pricing and package enrollments.
  • 48% increase in external link and profile clicks, leading to higher website traffic.
